Flow in the Forest is the UK’s first-ever festival designed specifically for the fire and flow arts community. Set against the beautiful backdrop of nature, this one-of-a-kind event brings together the best of conventions, conferences, retreats, and festivals into a single, unforgettable experience.
Join Us
Does this sound like the perfect event for you? We’d love for you to join us on this incredible journey. Sign up with your email to stay updated as we bring Flow in the Forest to life.
This will be more than a festival; it will be a shared experience of creativity, connection, and sustainability in the heart of nature. Let’s flow together.
All Inclusive Dinning
We want to take care of you while you focus on your flow. That’s why all tickets include delicious, nourishing meals throughout the event. Caterers and vendors will be operating without single-use disposables, so as part of the cost of your ticket, you’ll receive a branded, personalised metal cup and 900ml mess tin to use for meals. Bring your own cutlery, and help us make this event as sustainable as possible.
Self-catering? Please plan to pack your waste out with you to help us minimize our environmental impact. Glass waste is discouraged, with cans preferred for recycling ease.
Commitment to Sustainability
This is your event, and together we can reduce waste and protect the environment. To achieve this, we’re minimizing single-use items, encouraging reusable alternatives, and asking for your support in:
Bringing your own reusable cutlery
Taking self-catering waste home with you
Opting for recyclable materials wherever possible
Volunteer Opportunities
Be part of the magic! We’re offering volunteer roles with food included. Roles include:
- Event crew and production
- Workshop hosting
- Cafe and catering
- Stage management
- Cleaning and waste crew
- Security (relevant qualifications required)
- Stewarding
Making the Event Accessible
We understand that upfront costs can be a challenge. That’s why we offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to split the ticket cost over 3 to 7 months, after an initial deposit of your choice of either £50 or £100.
