• By choosing a fully catered ticket, you’re helping us minimise waste and reduce the need for single-use packaging on the food you bring vs the produce brought in large cardboard trays like fresh vegetables and big tins.

• We’ll provide you with a reusable branded mess tin and cup for all your meals, cutting down on disposables entirely at the traders and café.

• Fully catered meals mean fewer landfill and waste disposal costs, and more opportunities to recycle, reducing costs of the event overall.

🌱 Local & Sustainable:

• Vegan options available for every meal.

• Where possible, produce will be locally sourced to reduce food miles.

🚮 Self-Catering?

If you’re self-catering, we kindly ask you to:

• Pack expecting to take all your waste home with you, especially glass, cardboard and plastics. (Not food, don’t worry, we have some creative ideas to manage it!)

• Use recyclable materials wherever possible.
