CONNOR WOLF

Connor Wolf is a Brighton-based flow artist, performer and teacher with over eight years of experience in the world of flow arts. His movement journey began in childhood through dance, giving him a strong foundation in rhythm, expression and body awareness.

Connor first found flow arts through travel, festivals and witnessing performances that combined movement, artistry and fire. What began as curiosity quickly became a deep practice, leading him to perform and teach across festivals, events, workshops and community spaces.

For Connor, flow arts is more than learning tricks. It is a way to build confidence, creativity, focus and connection. He is especially passionate about helping people explore movement in a way that works for their own body, including those navigating neurodivergence, disability or mental health challenges.
