Flow in the forest 2026 Instructors

At Flow in the Forest 2026, our instructors are at the heart of what makes the event special.

This year’s teaching team brings together flow artists, fire performers, circus practitioners, movement teachers, makers and creative professionals from across the UK and beyond. Some are recognised specialists in their field; others are deeply loved community teachers with years of experience helping people grow in confidence, skill and expression.

Across the weekend, they’ll be sharing workshops in prop manipulation, fire safety, performance, movement, craft, creativity, professional development and more.

Whether you’re picking up a prop for the first time, returning after a break, deepening an existing practice or looking to push your work further, there will be sessions to meet you where you are.

Flow in the Forest is built around learning in a way that feels supportive, curious and accessible. Our instructors are here not just to teach tricks, but to share knowledge, open doors, encourage experimentation and help each person find their own way into flow.
