The workshop will break down unusual contact points and transitions into clear, manageable steps, giving participants material they can continue exploring in their own practice.

SHOW: Living Ecosystem

Living Ecosystem is a nature-responsive aerial show created for the forest, the open air and the strange magic that happens when circus leaves the theatre and meets the elements.

Performed by Clara, Ina Todorova and Elke Bucher, the show explores connection, time, decay and renewal through aerial silks, hoop, fly pole, pole, hair hanging, movement and sound. Suspended between ground and sky, the performers create a living landscape of bodies, fabric, metal, breath and motion.

Aerial silks ripple and twist like roots, mycelium and unseen forest networks. Hoop brings cycles, orbit and repetition. Pole, fly pole and hair hanging explore tension, release, transformation and the relationship between human bodies and the natural world.

Using movement, playfulness, softness and spectacle, Living Ecosystem invites the audience into a world where gravity, wind, earth and air all become part of the performance. It is a show about change, interdependence and the beauty of things that grow, fall apart and begin again.

THE FIRE SPACE

Safety, sobriety and fire

Flow in the Forest is safety-led and community-focused. There is no bar on site, and anyone taking part in fire activities must be sober, inducted and following the fire safety rules. Alcohol in moderation is allowed, but intoxication that creates risk, disrupts others or affects fire safety will not be accepted.

Please read our Code of Conduct before coming

We've listened to your feedback and are happy to confirm that the Fire Space will be bigger, with more room to flow and with seating areas and a stronger social space for people to gather, watch, rest and connect.

Friday Metal Night is back

Our metal night returns to the Fire Space on Friday, and this year we’re making it even better. If you have metal tracks you love to flow to, or songs you’d love to hear in the Fire Space, please send your suggestions to: flowintheforest@gmail.com

Saturday Psytrance, Jungle and Drum & Bass

On Saturday, expect psychedelic sounds, jungle and drum and bass carrying the fire into the night, with space for both movement and community around the edges.

Sunday Psydub Flowdown

Sunday night will bring things into a softer, deeper landing with chilled, flowy psydub vibes in the Fire Space. Expect warm bass, spacious grooves and slower, more hypnotic sounds for people who want to move, stretch, spin, unwind or simply settle into the final night together. A gentler close to the weekend, with room to flow, breathe and soak it all in.
