ZACK NOPE

Zack Nope
@zack_nope

Zack Nope is a flow artist, teacher and long-rope prop specialist best known for his work with puppyhammer, also known as Oxbow Meteor. Through his tutorials, sizing guidance and prop-focused teaching, Zack has become a familiar name for people exploring the strange, technical and beautifully chaotic world of long-rope flow.

His practice focuses on helping people understand how puppyhammer works as a transforming prop, moving between different modes of play, reels, transitions and crowstyle pathways. Zack’s teaching breaks down complex mechanics into practical, usable steps, making unusual props feel more approachable without losing their weirdness or play.

At Flow in the Forest, Zack will be sharing both the building and movement sides of puppyhammer, from fitting and sizing your first prop through to exploring reels, transitions and long-rope flow. Expect curiosity, experimentation, technical detail and plenty of space to get tangled, detangled and inspired.
